When you select the IntesisHome Access Point, what happens? Does it disconnect, or does it say it has no Internet Connection?
The Intesis Access Point will not have internet connection, it is used to configure the device to connect toyour Wifi.
If you phone disconnects from the Intesis Unit Accesspoint with any prompts, then you will need to disable that feature on the phone, or use a PC.
Yes I can’t go any further in configuration process when on the Intesis WiFi.
Are you using the configuration tool on the app while you are connected to the Intesis Access Point. THe video outlines it above. You will need to log out of the device the app, and select device configuration while connected to the Intesis SSID
