Intesis MODBUS/BACnet to Cloud Gateway

I am was successfully able to add the gateway via the Configuration Tool and connect a BACnet/MSTP device. I then added the gateway via the Intesis ST Cloud. I input my activation code and it shows the gateway offline. Is there any troubleshooting steps to fix this?

Hi Bryan,

It sounds like the gateway is not connected to the internet. What happens when you try to test the ST Cloud Configuration?

Are you using a static IP address or DHCP?
