Trying to configure a EN2MB-R.No device is showing up on the scan. Firewall is off.
Ran wireshark, I see the device with an IP of 0.0.0.0 255.255.255.255 . However, according to wireshark it appears DHCP is turned off.

If you are using IPconfig to set the IP address it does not use DHCP. You should see traffic on port 3250 being broadcasted from the software. Do you see this traffic in the Wireshark? Also, check the setting to make sure IPconfig is not broadcasting over the wrong adapter.

It seems to be a configuration setting in my Virtual Machine.
I was able to IPConfig the Anybus unit on my physical machine.
This could have been an issue with the broadcast messages not making it out of the VM.
