Do you know of any issues accessing a Viewon webpage using the newest IPhones? I have a customer that states that the URL just stalls our every time he tries to access the Viewon page using either M2Web or eCatcher.
I’m not aware of any known issues like this and searching our database of cases I’m not finding that anyone else has reported anything. In the past we’ve seen issues with certain resolutions and items not displaying properly, but nothing where the entire page doesn’t load.
Has the customer tried another iPhone web browser or just Safari? That’s the first thing I would have them try. If they continue to experience the problem, their best bet would be to create a case at support.hms-networks.com and give us access to the page so we can take a look at it.
