I have another question is eWON device sending any spanning tree bpdu up the link or any type of broadcast ?
There is a setting in the comcfg.txt to allow broadcast traffic. It is disabled by default.
Check ‘BroadcastForwarder’ in Setup > System > Storage > Edit COM cfg
