I would need help with my device.
I have successfully installed AC cloud device IS-IR-WIFI and I am going through the set-up process.
I have noticed that my Ambient Temperature in the application does not change.
Is there anything I can do about it?

Hi @horeaa,
It looks like the Intesis device has an internal sensor that is reading the ambient temperature in the room. If the ambient temperature in the room isn’t changing then it’s likely that the temperature around the Intesis device must not be changing much.

Thank you for your answer.
I used the offset temperature feature from advanced settings and now both the TStat and the internal sensor are alligned.
