Hi, i have a problem with a Siemens PG which is running with Windows 10, i connected to Ecatcher and saw all my Ewons, and i can connect with these. But ,for my exemple, i connect with a Flexy, and in Ecatcher all is ok, but if i try to open the browser page or ping it or find it in Ebuddy, i can’t.
I try with this account in another pc which running with windows 7 and all is right, and i try with another account in the PG which running with windows 10, and the problem is the same.
Can you please help me, because i have a supplier who he has the same problem
Hi, my IT collegue saved me for this issue, and just for information, the problem was about the starting of Ecatcher, Ecatcher have to be start “as an administrator” to run correctly!
Is it possible this was the really cause?

Yes, this could be an issue depending on the Windows permissions set on the PC (by IT). Usually, it does not have to be run as Admin, but on some PCs, this may be necessary.
