Here is the syslog file.
10.10.1.235 is the Bolt,
10.10.1.168 is the NT420
No meraki events for these devices during2021-06-15.csv (206.8 KB) this time, which surprised me.
In addition to my syslog file I noted that no mqtt data was coming in between 11:32:23-11:41:53 or
11:52:23-12:00:57
From the log we can see that the Bolt didn’t reset or disconnect during that time, so there must be something else going on. Were there any logs in the NT during the time period when you took this syslog? Seems like it just stopped sending MQTT messages.
It would also be helpful to get a packet capture, and probably the easiest way to do that would be to use the built-in cloudshark (I think they call it) in the Meraki controller. The only thing is, it wouldn’t show us the packets directly between the NT and the Bolt. For that, we’d need a switch with a mirrored port.
