With the issue where Room Temp Command is now even showing up is kind of bizarre. It may be a set up issue on the Master / Slave setting on this unit. In fact, I’m pretty confident of it now that I’ve read page 50 of our manual…
Here’s the installation manual that has the dip switch settings on it.
Switch bank 4, position 2 needs to be UP so that we are the master and Room Temp Command is active.
This should solve the problem for you. If it doesn’t let me know.
