I have a device below and I would like to update it to the latest version.

- Firmware : WEB-PLC V18.2.14

You should be able to find the latest firmware here. The password on the zip file is “Ixxat” (capital i) and you must update to 19.03.32 before you can update to 19.05.041.
It would also be a good idea to check with your support team at support.hms-networks.com to make sure the firmware is compatible before you install it.

I downloaded the file and tried to unzip it with Widows default program and 7zip as well, but it seems the password,“ixxat”, does not work.

The first letter is capitalized: Ixxat
Sorry, I put it in lower case so not to be confused with the lowercase letter “L”, but I guess you probably just copied and pasted it.
