I have a customer that uses two eWons to get remote access to some panel PCs. Each panel PC runs a VNC server. I have M2Web links set up to use VNC connections to each. This has been working well for over 5 years.
All of a sudden this doesn’t work anymore. when they press the link that would normally pull up a web browser with the VNC screen, it just redirects them back to the device summary page.
I can reproduce the problem using Firefox, Edge, and Chrome. I can use ecatcher to VPN in, then use a standard VNC viewer and connect with no problems.
I have updated the firmware on each device to the latest version with no difference.
What is the problem ?
