and using Filezilla is not working for me if I use the link from m2web…the rendered Ip will send me back to the main page with all ewons.

FTP is the communication protocol that you will need to retrieve the files from the Ewon unit. There are other alternatives for an FTP client software that are compatible with MAC.
If you continue to have issues with retrieving the files you need, I would suggest creating a Support Ticket on our Support Portal.

I am using FileZilla. However, the issue is that ecatcher is not supported on mac …and if use the ewon link from https://m2web.talk2m.com/ link it will not connect as it is getting the correct IP
