Trying to get the of Micro850 using modbus and follow all the instruction but no luck at all.
it say smbs-Mbs Illegal data address.
Would you able to help us.

Illegal data address is a response from the slave device. You will want to double check the modbus address you are entering into the tags. Make sure these match the ones you need to read off of the modbus server.

Hi,
Working now we just go to the Global Setting and Disabled advanced parameter - Tags in Error.
But we have another issue. I need to get the reading of data in real data type instead on Integers but it won’t read on the flexy.
Let us what we need to change on the settings.

Keep in mind disabling tags in error stops the IO server from reading the tag until restarted. The can help you identify tags causing errors and blocking other tags from reading but can have undesirable effect in production. It is recommended to fix the tag in error and disable the feature.
You most likely need to add a modifier to the tag/register setup. Take a look at page 14 and 15 of the IO server user manual for details.
