Modbus TCP to BACnet IP

Just starting with this device – IBBACMBM1000003.
I see in the configuration, I can select Modbus TCP as well as BACnet IP.

First item I wanted to clarify… can I, in fact, use MB TCP and BACnet IP together, over the same RJ45 connection (to my Ethernet switch)?
