I have one Cosy 131 4G NA and I would like to test it in France before I will install it in US.
I didn’t success to connect to internet with modem connection
It said GSM network not found but when I use the sim card in an other device I have 4g connection.
Is it because I’m trying to connect in France with a NA modem ? I thought 4g standards are the same in Europe and US

Please create a support case on https://mysupport.hms.se and a local support team should be able to help you with your modem issue. Also they may ask for a backup. It is best to take the backup using eBuddy and check the “include support files” box.
