MQTT on port 443 with ALPN TLS and AWS

Hello,

It is now possible with AWS to make MQTT via port 443.

Here is the AWS briefing note:
Clients wishing to connect using MQTT with X.509 Client Certificate authentication on port 443 must implement the Application Layer Protocol Negotiation (ALPN) TLS extension and pass x-amzn-mqtt-ca as the ProtocolName in the ProtocolNameList.

Does the FLEXY 205 support “ALPN TLS”?

@CFrancoeur

The Flexy does not currently support the ALPN TLS extension.

Currently only TLS 1, 1.1 and 1.2 are accepted.

@hms_support,

Do you plan to develop this extension in the near future ?

@CFrancoeur

I have escalated your question to our development team.
I will respond back as soon as I get more information.

@CFrancoeur

The response I got from the team is the following:
“Unfortunately this is not supported, and not on the roadmap.”
