is there any roadmap/guidance around implementing use of something beyond SMS/Text in USA for MFA validation
DUO (preferred), MS Auth , other apps or sources to also provide tie-back to Azure/AD or whatever…
everywhere i read SMS/Text is the least-secure of MFA processes…and for key MFG systems access, i would hope this is a soon-to-release feature set ?

Yes, this is currently under development.
Single Sign On (SSO) is also in development.
You are absolutely correct on this, which is why we are working on releasing new 2FA options ASAP. I would expect it sometime next year (no guarantees but this is my best guess).
