Netbiter Argos Account Name Change

Hello,

I have a customer that would really like to rename their Argos account. They initially used a project name when setting up the account. They have a M&A account with multiple users and multiple netbiters. They would prefer to rename their account to their organization name.

Can this be done? If not by the user, can it be done by HMS?

Hello,

A customer cannot rename their Argos account name. This must be escalated internally within HMS.
