New customer

I have a potential customer that is having issues in getting the Cozy talking. I am able to access remotely but when they try to access from their own internal network they are getting the attached errors.

Can you please contact this customer to help ASAP?

If you connect your PC to a hotspot, can you connect to the Cosy? If you’re able to connect to it on that PC while connected to a hotspot, then it is likely a network restriction blocking the connection.

If that’s the case can you have their IT team review this document and make sure we have these addresses white listed and ports open on their network?
