New Sim, no Network

i am trying to setup a 4G NA card, and have just purchased a SIM with a Data plan.
the SIM is a BELL mobility card.
once the system boots up and completes the initialization it shows under status.
BELL No network ( )

anyone know what this could be, or how to figure out why it has no network?

Hi Spencer,

Could you send us a backup.tar file of this device with the support files included from eBuddy?

Also you may want to make sure that you verify your APN with Bell.
