No connectivity Cosy 141

Hello. I have two occasions now - one with a Cosy 141 in-house, and another Cosy 141 in the field - where the “Internet” and “Talk2M” lights of the Cosy are ON, yet eCatcher is reporting them as being “Offline” when I log into their accounts. Once power is cycled to the Cosy, it will then be shown as being “Online” and I can now connect. So, how can the Talk2M light be on, yet be shown as Offline?

It could be either a problem with the network connection or the software, we would need to see the logs to determine what’s going on. Can you provide these? Just open eBuddy, select the device, click Backup/Restore, check “include support files” and download that file. Then post that file here and I’ll take a look at it.
