Not receiving Security Code via SMS for two-factor login in eCatcher

My eWon Cosy that was previously working, refuses to go on-line when the enable switch is turned on. I tried to take a closer look in eCatcher, but when I try to login, I never receive a text for the two factor authentication. I tried both the normal and backup SMS numbers multiple times.

Is there some sort of outage?
