I can connect to the ecather just fine but it’s giving me this message “Only the following defined LAN devices can be reached due to a network overlap” and then I can’t connect via VNC viewer (for example) to the system. how can I fix that? I’m using my wifi at home.

Looks like your home wi-fi is using the same subnet address ad your flexy. If so, then you might need to change either your home wi-fi IP address or your Flexy’s and its LAN devices addresses.
To confirm that, try using your phone hotspot on your PC when connecting through eCatcher. The network overlap message is likely to disappear as you will be using a different network (that has a different subnet address as your home wi-fi and flexy).
