Panelview 800 CCW download fails through Ewon Flexy 4G connection

Hi,

When I try to download my CCW application through a 4G connection on the Flexy 205 to a Panelview 800 and it fails every time (File download failed!). Going online to the Micro800 PLC in the same CCW application works fine.

The PV800 is running the latest firmware and I have set the communication timeout on CCW to 15s.

Any ideas?

Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with downloading files on PV800 through the Flexy. Unfortunately, this appears to be a known issue on the Rockwell side, and it is out of our control as of today.
