I updated it to 18,000 yesterday and the customer still received an email at 7:00AM today

You’re welcome to poke around but if it goes offline that will be extremely upsetting.
Hi Tom,
I have logged in and checked over everything and it is configured correctly. I would like to reboot the device but I don’t want to do that at the wrong moment, so could you reboot when you get a chance?
Thanks,
Kyle
I just rebooted the unit. I will keep you posted.
Thank you Tom. Also, a bug has been discovered recently and we received this info:
"It is important you know that we have recently discovered two issues with the 13.2s0PR that we push to get it fixed into the Official version :
- The ONDATE uses the UTC time instead of the local time -> related to the above issue. A work-around : Change the “ONDATE” Schedule to match the UTC time.
- The OPCUA server does not seem to start over the WAN when you use a static IP at eWON boot."
So if it is still sending at 7:00 AM (5 hours early) you will have to add 5 to the hour so it’s 17 here:
I changed it to 17 and it’s working now
