Pro Account Upgrade

We have a number of flexy devices in the field. Recently we upgraded to the Pro account and applied Pools to devices, now our 3rd party vendor is unable to see those devices that have been assigned to a pool. How can I add them to be able to see that pool, or assign them visibility?

I cannot find any documentation other than how to assign devices to a pool… Nothing about the users… Currently only Admins can view the pool in question.

You will have to create a user group and give them access to teh device pool so they can access them. Here is teh documentation on Pro account settings and it gives some examples.
