Problem with tal2m / vpn connection

Hello i have been using ecatcher today and then it stopped working and i can no longer connect

if i try ecatcher on my other laptop and it will connect but when i try to set up a ewon it gets to the vpn test and says fail
but when i do the talk2m checker this say it works

i do not undersatnd why i have been working for a few hours with out problems
is there a problem with your servers?
