Is there any other hardware required outside of the Dongle and USB adapter to be able to connect with the Profibus device? Is there a manual that can explain how to use this software?
Hello,
You don’t need other hardware besides the PROFIBUS converter and the USB adapter. The converter does not need any additional external power supply. It is simply inserted between the PROFIBUS slave and RS232 connector cable.

Also, you can always refer to the “Help” menu of the PROFIBUS Master Simulator software for guidance on how to use the software.
