We want to use two CPU over profinet (Multiple controller) which will write and read different data to the single gateway (device), and other end of gateway is Modbus TCP.
Is this possible with AB7650 or we are looking at some different solution?
The X-Gateway can only have one Profinet IO master at a time.
Is the Modbus TCP device a client/master or a server/slave?
On the gateway side its Modbus TCP Slave, where our modbus master can connect.
Is there any Profinet (device)/Modbus TCP(slave) gateway which can interface with multiple PLC master?
Our Profinet-IRT gateway supports MRP (Media Redundancy Protocol) but is not multi-master compatible.
