I have an ewon Flexy 205 with 4g verizon extension card currently working with the HMS Verizon billing portal. The end customer already has an account with Verizon and is inquiring about providing their own Sim Card.
Is this possible? Is there special setup/billing that needs to happen with the card?

Yes, your customer can use his/her own Verizon SIM card with their personal Verizon account. There is no special setup needed, they’ll just have to run both the internet and the VPN wizards again once the card is replaced. In regards to billing, you will have to reach out to Verizon to determine what data plan would work best for you/your client.
