RE: Anybus Wireless Bolt


Hi support team,

Spoke to Derek a bit this morning. It sounds like we have some communication issues with the bolt, where if we disconnect from the bolt, we have trouble finding it again and get a purple light. I mentioned step 1 would be checking the firmware of the bolts in question, please advise.

I have not seen any issues where a Bolt would not reconnect to an Access point. Do we have any additional details about the setup? Were they using WiFi or Bluetooth? What device was the Access point and what was the Client?
