I re-installed both Filr v4.0 and eCatcher v6.3.7 (in that order) and
can confirm that, at least in Windows 7 environment and on completely
different computer systems, eCatcher will not launch while Filr 4.0
exists on the system. No errors or messages are displayed during
install of eCatcher and no error message is given when trying to run
eCatcher except that it doesn’t launch.
I can also confirm that eCatcher will run fine when Filr v3.4 is
installed.
So all previous mention of Filr below is v 4.0.
If support can figure out how to have both exist on the same system
that is what is needed. If you have any questions please contact me
