Read Talk2M config failure

I am trying to configure a Cosy 131 Ewon, but in the Talk2M configuration it fails with an error code of 33234. I tried deleting the Ewon from eCatcher and adding it again, but it still gives me that fault. Can you help me figure out if this Ewon I am working with is configured with a different Talk2M account.
