Receive data file txt from erp

Hello Guy,

i have this problem i use ewon as collecting signal.
receive data from plc with time stamp and now the customer i ask if possible receive data from his erp but don’t have noboy specific protocol.
the customer advice to put a folder the txt file ad ewon take this file an then by basic elaborated it and marge data with plc.
is possible or any alternative trasfer file txt from pc/erp to ewon (for sample using ftp) or other way

Yes, this is possible. You could get the file using FTP if the ERP system supported that.

Of course, this would take some BASIC scripting knowledge. If you plan to do it yourself, you may want to check our BASIC Programming Page and the Ewon Developer Forum for ideas.

You could also reach out to your local distributor or HMS office if you were interested in them creating a script for you.
