Recently unable to connect to port 9999 on Cmore HMIs?

Using eCatcher, I have been recently unable to connect to port 9999 on C-more HMIs. Has anything changed in the last two months?

There hasn’t been any changes that i know, beyond the implementation of our data cap. Are you able to still connect to the Ewon Unit?

I have no problem connecting to the eWON, pinging the HMI, or viewing the HMI remotely. I am unable to connect to the project download port, which means I cannot upload or download programs. A couple of months ago, I was able to do this with no problems.

Can you provide a back up with support files of the unit? I will take a look and see if i can find where the issue stems from.
