Reset Ewon Account

Good afternoon.
I am working for IMCS, Inc as a contractor.
A previous contractor set up Ewon SN2236-0529-25 and will not surrender the credentials.
I have the Ewon in my posession.
The purchase order for this unit is attached to this email.
Please remove the unit from whatever account it is currently connected to and advise on the process required to add this to IMCS’s eCatcher account.
