restored the unit and cannot log on. how do I reset password to default?

To reset the password back to default, please do a level 1 reset if the firmware of the base unit is less than 14.6, if firmware is greater than that, then perform the level 2 reset. You can find instructions on how to perform the level 2 reset in this manual: ig-0028-00-ewon-flexy-base-unit-205.pdf (windows.net) Page 23.
