I need a device for 2 products to communicate.
One of the devices supports rs232.
the other is modbus / tcp.
Do you have a device that can do this job?
We have quite a few devices that may fit this, but would need more information about your two devices. Is the Modbus TCP device a client/master or server/slave? What protocol is the RS232 device using? Is it generic serial or something else?
My best guess is that you will want the AB7072, but will need that info to make sure. It is a Modbus TCP and Ethernet IP slave on one side and handles serial, modbus RTU (slave), and DF1 on the other side.
