i have a problem with Siemens Step7 string visualization in eWon:
on my plc i have a string tag that contains german characters ö ( letter o with umlaut or diaeresis ; o-umlaut )
in the ewon tag value page i see a wrong character instead the german correct one
if i read the ewon tag via opc-ua in UA Expert, i can see it correctly
unfortunately i can’t test if the string historization is ok because on this ewon i’m using the fw13.2 and at this moment i can’t upgrade to 14.

I think that this might be an issue with the webpage that was fixed in Firmware 14. Do you know when you’ll be able to update this software? I think if you try to export the data that contains the ö character would still export correctly

Thanks for the update! I had heard that they were working on fixing that for the 14.0 firmware but hadn’t had a chance to verify it yet
