He confirmed no ports are being blocked outbound
Following Connection Checker result
The connection checker utility is using your computer’s network settings. From the pictures you posted, you do not have an internet connection on the Cosy. Make sure when you run the internet connection wizard, that you have the correct network settings, including default gateway and DNS.
