Hi, i have similar problem, unable to send SMS by flexy 205, it happen occasionally, sometime work sometime didnt and showing the error of “sms-GSM protocol error (6)” in the log.
Im sure the sim signal coverage is okay and the sim is with SMS plan.
Please help.

I not changing anything on the tag or alarm configuration, but i did add another tag with new alarm setting. However, both are not working after that.

I have not seen this before this seems like it could be an issue on the wireless provider side. This could also be something specific to your area or modem type that we are not familiar with here is the US where this forum is based out of. I would recommend submitting a support request to your local support team via mysupport.hms.se
