just installed my ST cloud gateway connected to a mitsubishi AC Modbus controller.
Both in the “test ST cloud connection” on config tab and in diagnostics tab everything seems ok (attached images)
I managed to link my gateway to my cloud account but it says the gateway is offline.
my internet connection is through a simple 3G router, no firewall rules configured on it.
what am I missing?
