Tag configuration error

Recently I have been getting this error below, either locally or remotely connected?

When I was last there locally I tried to upgrade the firmware using eBuddy but it failed to do so.MOVED TO STAFF NOTE (749.5 KB)

What error are you getting @TF_MAC?

The error page I sent can be seen across all tags and even when trying to reboot the eWON remotely
