Talk2M Access Server connection failure - TrustFailure -

Using the Connection Checker Program 3.0.10.42 version to test a new ewon connection to the Talk2M servers.
I get this fault "Connectin to the Talk2M Access Server Failed. Reason of error: TrustFailure Enterprise firewall SSL interception - eWON sa Not supported by Ewons.

I have the talk2m servers whitelisted on my firewall so I am confused what other reason might cause this fault?

This error means that your firewall is doing HTTPS inspection. It will need to be disabled for the Ewon.
