Talk2M issue HTTP direct connection “ failed “ VPN connection time out

Hi All
I am having issues getting the Ewon cosy131 setup and operating.
I am setting using a static IP address
I pass the Internet connection step and make it to the Talk2M test and configuration step.

The WAN connection passes but then I get failed results on the HTTP direct connection

Firmware 21.2s7

The HTTP direct connection error is due to the device not able to communicate to the Internet.

Can you supply a backup with support files of the issue? This can be done with eBuddy while connected to the device.
