Talk2M Pro Account

Hello,
We have a client using your cosy wifi model. To date, we have sold a total of 50 units.
Talk2M is using Free. Switched to my Talk2M Pro account last week.
However, it shows 30% usage even though it has no use.It has 5 online devices. Not connected to devices. Online only.

The situation was the same when using a free account.

Uncontrolled usage quota is filling up.

How can we offer a solution?
