TeamViewer and software

Hello! I’m trying to connect to my work computer using TeamViewer, but I get the message “Not ready. Please check your connection.” I found information in the article https://www.helpwire.app/blog/teamviewer-not-working/ It says that the cause of this error may be Firewall or Antivirus security software may be restricting Internet access for TeamViewer. Could you please tell me if this could be due to the installation of eBuddy and Talk2M, or is it a problem on my computer? I’m not very good at this, so I’d appreciate your help!

Neither eCatcher nor eBuddy would cause a problem with Teamviewer. I use all 3 of them all the time.

It is most likely firewall or security software related. You would have to contact your IT department.
