Hi,

I have a problem with sending SMS

A few days ago EWON stopped sending alarm SMS and consulting the LOGs this error was verified.

Hello Can you provide a screen shot showing how the phone number is setup for the sms action? Can you also provide a backup from ebuddy with support files for us to take a look at.

Did you update remove a second phone number from some alarms? Are all alarms not sending or just a few? Did anything else change with the ewon?

Try removing the semicolin “;” from the alarms with only 1 phone number.

I added the View On application only.

I removed the “;”, but still does not send the message.

Hello @alexandre.freitas,

Can you replace the “+” with “00” I suspect this will resolve the issue.
