Customer called in regarding an issue with is AB9006-D. He experiences the following errors on the device.

Transaction Error Timeout
Transaction Error Gateway Disconnect

Hello,

After some review, can you verify that the Gateway has two communication with the Modbus Server?

It looks as the X-Gateway is not receiving information from the Modbus Server.
