Unable to connect eCatcher due to UDP Failure

Hello David,

Thank you for calling HMS Support today. As stated during your phone call, you are attempting to connect the Talk2M client to your eWON Flexy device but you are receiving UDP errors during the configuration process.

If you could please respond to this ticket and attach the backup files we used, I will be able to investigate this issue further.

In the meantime, please let me know if you have any additional questions.

Hi David,

I believe we just were speaking on the phone a minute ago and got disconnected. I was going to have you try to re-run the wizard, this time going to advanced and checking the “Force TCP” box. Can you let me know if that makes a difference?
