Thank you for calling HMS Support today. As stated during your phone call, you are attempting to connect the Talk2M client to your eWON Flexy device but you are receiving UDP errors during the configuration process.
If you could please respond to this ticket and attach the backup files we used, I will be able to investigate this issue further.
